Terms of Service
Operator and trading name: Pigeon Racing Online is the trading name used for this independently operated game. It is not represented as a registered limited company. For support, account matters or privacy enquiries, email pigeonracinginfo@gmail.com. The operator’s legal identity and address for formal notices will be supplied where required by law.
Current status: Pigeon Racing Online is operating with real-money Credit purchases disabled. Stripe payment testing is conducted in Sandbox and does not take real money.
1. About the game
Pigeon Racing Online is a browser-based pigeon racing management game. These terms govern use of the website, member accounts, virtual pigeons, game money, Credits, racing, breeding, trading and other game features.
2. Accounts
Registration currently requires members to confirm they are 18 or over. You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and use your own account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Do not attempt to access another member's account or interfere with the service.
3. Fair play
Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay without permission, manipulate races or markets, duplicate assets or currency, harass other members, or deliberately interfere with the game. We may investigate suspicious activity and may correct clearly erroneous game records where necessary to protect the integrity of the service.
4. Virtual items and currency
Game money, Credits, pigeons and other in-game assets are virtual game features. They are not legal tender, investments or bank deposits. Credits and game money cannot be redeemed or exchanged for real cash through Pigeon Racing Online. Game money cannot be converted back into Credits.
Credits do not guarantee superior genetics, race wins, successful breeding or a pigeon's safe return. Game outcomes can involve hidden attributes, preparation, conditions and chance.
5. Racing, breeding and trading
Race results, pigeon development, loss, injury, retirement, breeding outcomes and market values are part of the simulation. Permanent records such as rings, pedigrees, ownership history and results may remain in game history after a transfer, retirement, loss or death.
6. Clubs, federations and public racing records
Members may select a club within a federation or use an available automatic assignment option. Club and federation membership determines eligible races and results. Your chosen display name, loft name, club or federation affiliation, race entries, results, rankings and relevant pigeon records may be visible to other members and, where the game publishes results openly, to website visitors. Do not use your full real name or other private details as a display name if you do not want them shown publicly.
Changing clubs or loft locations may be limited during an active season to protect fair racing and historical results.
7. Virtual competitors
Some fanciers and lofts in Pigeon Racing Online are computer-controlled virtual competitors rather than human members. Virtual competitors may take part in simulated racing, breeding, trading and in-game economies. They are intended to support active competitions and are not represented as real people. Virtual competitors cannot receive real-money prizes or purchase Credits.
8. Payments
Real-money Credit purchases are not currently enabled. Before real-money sales are activated, the checkout flow and these terms will be updated with the required operator/business details and purchase information. Any future purchase will also be subject to the Payments & Refunds Policy.
9. Service changes
The game is under active development. Features, balance values, schedules and game rules may change. We aim to preserve legitimate permanent history and ownership records, but maintenance, security fixes or correction of technical errors may require changes.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, hosting failures, security incidents or other technical problems may temporarily affect access.
11. Content and conduct
Names, messages and other member-supplied content must not be unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent or infringe another person's rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect the service and its users.
12. Ending an account
You may contact support about account closure or deletion. Inactive accounts may be archived and reactivated on a later login, with club and federation placement reassessed. Archiving is not a disciplinary suspension. We may suspend or restrict access for serious or repeated breaches, fraud, security threats or abuse of the service. Some historical game records may need to be retained or anonymised where necessary for game integrity, legal obligations, fraud prevention or accounting.
13. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law allows, Pigeon Racing Online is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a free game service or events outside reasonable control.
